DESCRIPTION:In today’s society\, self-healing is one of the most powerful skills one can possess\, the ability to look inside and trust your own natural intuition for lasting health. Self-reliance has never been more important than it is today with so few people trusting in their own personal health. During this weeklong retreat\, you will delve into self-diagnosis\, the macrobiotic viewpoint of five transformations and its interaction with yin and yang\, and how to balance one’s condition. You will also be equipped with the skills to choose appropriate dishes and remedies for particular health conditions. \nThis residential event will be held in the “House of Hope.” This house has 10 single bedrooms\, 6 bathrooms (these are not private)\, and can accommodate a total of 15 overnight guests. It has a breathtaking kitchen that formerly belonged to the owner of the Carlino’s Catering company. In addition to the lavish interior\, this home is surrounded by beautiful acreage and a luxurious pool to cool off during those warm months.
