Is Eating Before Bed Bad?
Yes!!! During the night, the body cleans, maintains and repairs itself. But when the body is full of food, it becomes occupied with digesting food instead of cleansing. Therefore, the body cannot eliminate the toxins accumulated in our cells and organs each day. These toxins cause us to feel fatigued and tired in the morning. The stomach needs to be completely empty in order to rejuvenate the body.
