Healthy Bones for Life!

Discover how diet, lifestyle, and daily habits can help support strong, healthy bones naturally.
Strong bones are about more than just “drinking your milk.” From a macrobiotic perspective, bone health reflects overall balance in the body and is shaped by the foods we eat, daily habits, and how we care for ourselves over time. In this class, we’ll explore how a whole food, plant based lifestyle can help nourish strong bones, highlight key nutrient rich foods, and look at the deeper connection between blood and bone health.

We’ll also examine common misconceptions about calcium supplementation, how calcium is utilized by the body, and the connections between bone health, cholesterol, and medications. Whether you’re looking to maintain healthy bones or gain a deeper understanding of lifelong bone health, this class will provide practical insights to support your wellness journey.
