Healthy Gut for Life! (Lecture + Cooking Class)

Discover how diet, lifestyle, and daily habits can help support a healthy gut and overall wellness.
Many regard digestion as a foundation of good health, influencing everything from nutrient absorption and energy to immunity and overall vitality. In Healthy Gut for Life, we’ll explore whole foods that support digestive health, including naturally fermented and probiotic-rich foods such as miso, sauerkraut, pickles, and other traditional staples.
Through both lecture and cooking, you’ll gain practical insights into supporting beneficial gut bacteria, improving digestion, and creating everyday meals that help build a stronger foundation for lifelong wellness.

Inclusions:

  • LIVE Zoom Lecture (Tuesday, September 15th) + Q&A
  • LIVE Zoom Cooking Class Watch Party (Tuesday, September 2nd) + Q&A
