Rich and Sweet Cravings

This class will explore the tendency for humans to crave specific foods when it is very cold outside. This winter has been one for the record books. Many states have been hit with winter storms, squalls, and extreme conditions. People have been snowed in and unable to leave their homes due to the cold, which often leads to turning to richer and sweeter foods for comfort.

Let’s have an open discussion about this. It is natural and we all experience it. As spring approaches, how can we bring more balance to these cravings? What are some mindful ways to respond to them without guilt or restriction?

Join us for this thoughtful discussion with Susan. Come ready to share what you have been craving and indulging in lately. No judgment!
